In Melanie Newcombe's art studio, she will be sculpting a live sculpture inspired by Caroline Campbell's harp playing while Caroline Campbell will be playing her harp inspired by Melanie Newcombe's live sculpting. They will be performing simultaneously. Though both artists have created together just the two of them in Melanie's studio and Caroline Campbell has performed at Melanie Newcombe's solo exhibition; this performance will be the maiden voyage of their collaborative creation of music and sculpture for a live audience.
Melanie Newcombe will be sculpting while Caroline Campbell plays the harp throughout the times scheduled. We will take short breaks, so if you arrive while we are on a break - it won't last long and at least one of the artists will be present to guide you through a studio visit. Melanie Newcombe's Artwork will also be available for purchase.
